Ingredients: Red Chillies, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel Seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon
Prawn Curry Recipe
  • Take heavy bottom pan add 2 Tbsp Oil, after oil is heated
  • Add 1 Tsp Cumin, 1 Red Chilli, add 2 - 3 split Green Chillies, 1 spring Curry Leaves, 2 large finely chopped Onions, and Salt (as per taste), after Onions are well sautéed
  • Add 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste to it and fry well till the raw smell disappears then add ½ Tsp Matrika Turmeric powder, 2 Tsp Matrika Chilli Powder and mix well.
  • Add 500 Gms Peeled and Cleaned Prawns to it and cook it till the prawns release water.
  • Add 1 Tbsp Matrika Prawn Curry Masala and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Lastly add ½ Bunch finely chopped Coriander leaves and switch off the heat.
  • Prawn Curry is ready to serve.
