For Chicken

In a Vessel take 1 Kg Chicken add ½ Bunch Mint leaves, ½ Bunch finely chopped Coriander leaves, 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, juice of 1 Lemon, 3 split Green Chillies, 1Tbsp Ghee, Salt (as per taste), ½ Tsp Turmeric powder, 1Tbsp Red Chilli powder, 2 Tbsp Matrika Chicken Dum Biryani powder, 1 cup Curd , ¼ th of Crisp Fried Onions and mix all the ingredients well and Marinate the chicken whole night or at least 1 hour before cooking.

For Rice

Take a bowl and add 750 Gms or 1 kg of basmati rice wash thoroughly add water and keep aside at least for 30 minutes. After 30 Minutes take a Cooking Vessel add 3 Cups Water, 2 Tbsp Oil, Salt (as per Taste), add 1 Pack of Whole Spices provided in the Matrika Chicken Dum Biryani Masala pack and bring the water to boil then add rice and cook till the rice is 60% cooked.

For Preparation

Take a heavy bottom vessel add 3 Tbsp Oil add marinated chicken and add the 60% cooked rice, (layer rice remaining fried onions and ½ Bunch finely chopped coriander leaves evenly), 1 Tbsp Ghee and saffron water then close it with lid and place a weight over the lid and cook for 20 Minutes on direct flame (Medium Flame). Then place a Tawa on flame and move the Biryani vessel over the Tawa and cook for 10 Minutes more, turn off heat and serve.
