Ingredients: Red Chillies, Cinnamon, Cumin, Coriander, Cloves, Cardamom, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder.
Fish Fry Recipe Marination
  • In a add 1Tsp Oil, ¼ Tsp Matrika Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Matrika Chili Powder, 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 Tbsp Matrika Fish Fry Masala, Salt (as per taste) and mix well.
  • Add 4 – 5 Fish Pieces to the mixture and mix till all the pieces of fish are well coated. Marinate for 15 – 20 Minutes.
  Preparation
  • In a tawa 3 Tbsp Oil and heat, now place the marinated fish pieces and fry well on both sides, add 2 springs Curry Leaves to frying pieces.
  • Fish Fry is ready to Serve.
