- In a bowl add 1 Kg Boneless Chicken pieces, ½ Tsp Matrika Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Matrika Kashmiri Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Matrika Chilli Powder, 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 Cup Curd and 2 Tbsp Matrika Chicken 65 Masala mix well and marinate for 2 – 3 Hours.
- Before frying add 2 Tbsp Corn Flour Powder, 1 Egg to the marinate and mix well.
- In Kadai add 2 Cups oil and heat, add chicken pieces to the oil one by one and fry until chicken is well cooked. Remove the chicken pieces and keep aside.
- In Pan add 1 Tbsp Oil, 3 Garlic Cloves (finely Chopped), 4 – 5 split Green Chillies, 1 spring Curry Leaves, remaining Marinate mixture and fried Chicken pieces and toss well till they are mixed well and water is evaporated.
- Add ½ Bunch finely chopped Coriander leaves and switch off the heat.
- Chicken 65 is ready to serve.
