Ingredients
Coriander, Jeera, Pepper, Curry Leaves, Toor Dal, Red Chilli, Methi  
Recipe
In a small bowl of water soak small lemon sized tamarind, after few minutes extract the pulp and keep aside Tamarind Water. In a Vessel add 1 Tbsp Oil and heat it. Add ½ Tsp Cumin, ½ Tsp Mustard and ½ Tsp Fenugreek, 1 spring Curry leaves, 1 Red Chili and fry well. Add 2 Ripe Tomatoes (Large sized cut in pieces) and Salt (as per Taste), ¼ Tsp Matrika Turmeric Powder and cook for 5 minutes. Add Tamarind Water and 2 Cups Water and boil for 2 - 3 minutes. Add 2 Tsp Matrika Rasam Powder and boil for 2 more minutes. Garnish with finely chopped Coriander Leaves Rasam is now ready to serve.
