Ingredients: Red Chillies, Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Mace, Garlic Powder, Cloves, Cardamom, Ginger Powder, Black Cardamom, Dreid Fenugreek Leaves.
Tandoori Chicken
  • In a Bowl add 1 Kg Bone/Boneless Chicken, 2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, ½ Tsp Matrika Turmeric Powder, 2 Tbsp Matrika Red Chilli Powder, 2 Tbsp Matrika Tandoori Chicken Masala, ½ Cup Curd, 2 Tsp Kasuri Methi, Juice of 1 Lemon, 1 Tbsp Corn Flour  and Salt as per taste. Mix well and marinate it for 2 hours.
  • Cook it on Tandoori / Charcoal Grill while applying butter with a brush. You may also slow fry it on a grill pan on both sides.
