Ingredients: Red Chillies, Coriander, Cumin, Chironji, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Fennel Seeds, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Cardamom, Cloves.
Egg Curry Recipe:
  • Precooking
  • In a bowl boil 6 Eggs, remove the shell and keep aside.
  • In a pan add 1 Tsp Oil and ¼ Tsp Matrika Turmeric Powder, fry the boiled eggs till golden brown.
Preparation
  • In a kadai add ½ Cup Oil, ½ Tsp Cumin, 2 Red Chilies, 2 Green Chilies, 1 spring Curry Leaves and fry well.
  • Add 2 Onions (Large Sized finely chopped) and Salt (as per Taste) cook until brown color.
  • Add 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and cook till raw smell is gone.
  • Add 1 Tsp Matrika Chili Powder, ¼ Tsp Matrika Turmeric Powder.
  • Add 1 Cup Tomato Puree or Tomato pieces (2 Medium Sized finely chopped) and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the fried eggs and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add 2 Tsp Matrika Egg Curry Masala and cook for 3 Minutes.
  • Garnish with finely chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • Egg Curry is ready to serve.
